This product is the packaging for JOJO Dark Iron-On Transfer Paper, a specialized item for creating personalized designs on dark-colored fabrics. The package provides a comprehensive guide on how to use the product, including a visual step-by-step process and detailed instructions.
Production Process
- Printing: The recommended method is to use an inkjet printer with the “Paper Quality Inkjet Paper” mode selected. Print your desired image onto the transfer paper and let it dry for approximately 10 minutes.
- Cutting: Once dry, cut out the printed design, leaving a 5mm margin around the edges of the pattern.
- Transferring: Preheat a heat press machine to a temperature between 150-165°C. Peel the base paper away from the printed coating, and then place this film-like coating onto the textile with the image facing down. Transfer for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile and peel off the isolation paper after it has cooled.
Washing and Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of the transferred design, follow these specific washing guidelines:
- Do not wash the textile for at least 24 hours after the transfer process.
- Wash the textile in cold water or water between 30-40°C.
- Avoid using strongly alkaline detergents and bleach.
- When hand washing, do not rub the transferred pattern.
- Avoid wringing the garment and line dry it in the shade.
- Do not dry-clean.
